Today’s word card was drama. On your Vocabulary Word Cards worksheet, you’ll need to fill out the syllable breaks, definition, part of speech (i.e. noun, verb, adjective, etc.) and sentence portion of your word card, but you are welcome to copy today’s drawing from one of your classmates’ word card worksheets.

Now that we’re done reading Treasure Island, Mrs. Webmaster handed out a study guide to help us prepare for the test. You can download the study guide here or get one from the make-up work center boxes. Set an appointment to come in at lunch or after school and fill out the study guide. It will really help you on the test if you do!

The test is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday this week. Since this is the end of the quarter, Friday is the last possible day to take the test. Remember that Mrs. Webmaster is available for a study hall on Friday nights. If you were unable to make up the test during school on Friday, plan to come to study hall, as Friday is the last day Mrs. Webmaster will be accepting make-up work and/or extra credit for this quarter.

No sticker was given today.

You should ask Mrs. Webmaster if we turned in our sticker sheets, reading logs, or word cards today.
