It’s possible that your teacher took grades on the D.O.L. today. Please ask her if she did. If so, you need to get a D.O.L. make-up sheet from your teacher.

We were given a new vocabulary list last Monday.  As always, the definitions are found under “Vocabulary Lists” in the top menu. The spelling test over this list will be given on Friday, November 1. Don’t wait until the last minute to start studying!

Today our revised letters to parents were due. You need to let your teacher know that you still need a grade for this! It’s not enough to just say, “Hey teacher… look at my letter.” If you don’t say, “I still need a grade for this letter,” then your teacher won’t know that you were absent when those grades were recorded.

Tomorrow is our spelling/vocabulary test! Don’t forget to study tonight!

Today was the first day that we worked in our “Parts of Speech” folders. Using the time in class to do this was worth ten points. If you were absent when we earned these ten points, then you’ll need to set an appointment to come in at lunch or after school to work in your “Parts of Speech” folder for 30 minutes.
