Today we copied our assignments into our agendas. Have you done that yet? Please take a moment to do so.

After that, we reviewed the steps in the writing process. Here’s a link to a video that will help you review these important steps.

Tuesday, Jan. 14

Remember that there’s a spelling test coming up this Friday. Have you been studying?

We played games reviewing the spelling/vocabulary words for Friday’s test. Here’s a link to the page where you can find this week’s spelling words and their definitions. Be sure and study at home!

Thursday, Jan. 16

We also read a mystery story in the literature book today. Set an appointment to come in at lunch or after school to read this exciting story!

Friday, Dec. 6

It’s possible that your teacher took grades on the D.O.L. today. Please ask her if she did. If so, you need to get a D.O.L. make-up sheet from your teacher.

Today we took a spelling/vocabulary test using StudyIsland on the iPads. We also took a pop quiz over “Three Skeleton Key” (the story in the literature book). Set an appointment to come in at lunch or after school and make up these important test grades. They will be the first grades entered in the third quarter grade book.
