DAILY JOURNAL ASSIGNMENTS: 

Monday, Feb. 15: There was no school today, due to the fact that it was Presidents’ Day.

Tuesday, Feb. 16: For letter “C” in your journal: How do conflicts experienced in the past affect the actions of characters? (Use examples from the stories you’ve read in our literature book, writing 3-5 sentences.)

Wednesday, Feb. 17: For letter “D” in your journal: Take a look at the artwork that accompanies the story you’ve read in our literature book. Connect the image with a sentence from the character’s internal monologue and explain the connection.

Thursday, Feb. 18: Today we went to the computer lab to finish typing the final draft of our junior board proposals. They were due at the end of the hour. No journal was given and no vocab was due.

DAILY CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES: 

Monday, Feb. 15:  There was no school today, due to the fact that it was Presidents’ Day.

Tuesday, Feb. 16: Today we peer edited each other’s junior board proposals.

Wednesday, Feb. 17: Today we finished peer editing each other’s junior board proposals. If you were gone both days, please have your TAG teacher edit yours, or another qualified adult, who understands what the junior board proposal’s format should look like.

Thursday, Feb. 18: Today we went to the computer lab to revise the final draft of our junior board proposals. They were due at the end of the hour. We also turned in our vocabulary list for this week. If you were gone today, please turn your assignments in immediately.
